The Role
Bright Renewables is a supplier of technologies for renewable gas and CO₂ capture, offering global solutions from production to maintenance. As part of the HoSt Group, we work with over 600 colleagues worldwide, including 300 at our headquarters in Enschede.
As a TechnicalProduct Manager (CO2 liquefaction) you will work in a compact team consisting of 4 Product Managers .
You will report to the Head of Technology and work closely with colleagues from Project Management, Engineering, Software, and Sales.
In total, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team of more than 80 professionals.
What You’ll Do
As Technical Product Manager at Bright Renewables, you’ll have a lot of freedom to take initiative and responsibility. You’ll be the driving force behind the further development and standardization of our sustainable technologies.
You lead product planning and take full ownership of budget management, while driving product standardization in close collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Site Support, and key suppliers. You validate that our products conform to international regulations and are technically ready for worldwide distribution.
Your Responsibilities
Developing the annual product development plan and monitoring the associated budget;
Developing and maintaining internal product process standards;
Requesting and scheduling engineering capacity to execute the annual plan;
Monitoring the progress of development and product improvement activities;
Informing the Sales team about available products and cost prices;
Coordinating technical details with suppliers;
Actively monitoring international market developments and competitors;
Staying up to date with relevant international laws and regulations.
Vereisten
Our requirements
A completed technical education at Master’s level (Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field);
5 to 10 years of experience in a technical product development environment, or a combination of engineering and project management experience;
Strong command of both Dutch and English;
A proactive and engaged work attitude;
A results-oriented mindset and the drive to achieve success together with the team.
