Your position as PLC Software Engineer
As a PLC Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing PLC/SCADA controls for biomass energy plants and you will be responsible for both programming and commissioning. You will work at our head office in Enschede, where we work on a sustainable future with more than 350 employees. You will work in the Control and Automation department, where you will collaborate with 8 Software Engineers and 3 Electrical Engineers. You will report to the Manager Automation.
Your responsibilities
Conducting software testing;
Identifying and resolving issues related to electrical faults in biogas recovery installations (biogas enrichment);
Implementing software updates in installations commissioned for use;
Actively participating in the work of the engineering team focusing on software solution optimization;
Providing software and technical support to service staff operating biogas plants and biogas upgrading stations.
