As an Electrical Engineer, you will join our dedicated engineering team located in Instalsolutions Września, Poland, where we work daily on innovative projects contributing to a cleaner, greener future.

Your position as Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Instalsolutions, you will be part of a dynamic team of over 100 employees in Poland. You will work closely with the Electrical and Software Engineering Bright Renewables teams in the Netherlands and report directly to the Manager of the E&I and Software team based in the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and evaluation of quotation requests, maintaining client communication, collaborating with engineering teams, managing technical documentation, and providing technical support during the commissioning phase.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and evaluating supplier offers;

• Maintaining direct contact with clients and addressing their inquiries;

• Collaborating closely with the Electrical and Software Engineering teams;

• Preparing load lists and network diagrams, supervising panel builders, reviewing electrical schematics and cable lists, and conducting ATEX and SIL calculations;

• Providing technical support during the commissioning of installations.

Our requirements

• A completed technical education, preferably in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering; 

• Experience in designing and implementing electrical systems;

• Knowledge of ISO, IEC, UL, CSA, ATEX, and SIL standards;

• Strong communication skills and a true team player;

• Sharp attention to detail combined with problem-solving abilities;

• An international mindset and flexibility to travel occasionally;

• Proficiency in both English and Polish.
