The story of Artur Jałoszyński

Meet Artur Jałoszyński, our Steel Department Foreman

Twenty years in the metalworking industry is a long road. Artur Jałoszyński traveled it one step at a time: from a manufacturing plant producing parts for agricultural machinery, through each rung of hands-on experience, until the moment he felt ready for something new. “Still metal, but a completely different segment. The whole topic of biogas plants caught my attention,” he says today, almost as if the decision had been obvious all along.

He had heard of InstalSolutions before. When he decided it was time for a change, he simply applied. The interview confirmed he was heading in the right direction. “I’m an open person, and that was met with acceptance and appreciation.” Since October 2022, Artur has been part of the InstalSolutions team, which is part of HoSt Group and located in Września, Poland.

Artur started out as a regular metalworker. Solid craftsmanship, dedication, and a natural ability to organize people and tasks did the rest — after a year and a half, he was promoted to foreman of the structural steel department. It’s a role that comes with real responsibility.

From metalworker to foreman

Today, as foreman, he oversees the entire department — from material preparation through welding to final coating. “I plan the team’s workload, assign tasks, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Safety is a priority every single day.” Administration, logistics, people, quality — all of it falls within his scope. The key challenges? Keeping the team safe while delivering orders on time and to a high standard of quality. Artur has also driven improvements to the department’s equipment and machinery, which have translated directly into greater operational efficiency. “We know our ideas actually get implemented,” he emphasizes. This is not a company that closes its doors to initiative.

Projects that leave a mark on the world

Every project at InstalSolutions passes through the hands of the structural steel department. That gives the work a sense of real, tangible impact. Artur is especially proud of the work delivered for the US market. “Those are highly complex, technically demanding projects — challenging, but that’s exactly what makes them rewarding.” His greatest motivation, though, runs deeper than any single project. “The world is left with something lasting — a biogas plant built by our hands. My day-to-day work is a small but real contribution to the green energy transition.” For someone with two decades in metalworking, the knowledge that his craft is part of a broader energy transformation carries particular weight.

A company that grows with its people

What surprised Artur most since joining InstalSolutions is the pace of growth. “When I started, there were about 40 people. Today, there are nearly 180.” In four years, the company has grown more than fourfold — and that growth is visible not just in headcount, but in structure, processes, and ambition.

The workplace culture — which Artur describes as dynamic, demanding, and open — reflects that trajectory. “My manager values my input. I have the autonomy to make decisions on my own — and that matters when you’re responsible for a team.” Trust here isn’t just a buzzword; it shows up in daily decisions and real influence over how the department runs.

Knowledge at InstalSolutions doesn’t flow from a single source. “Every person has something interesting to bring to the table, and we genuinely learn from each other.” Despite his extensive background, Artur is quick to point out that he’s still learning: about biogas technology, new processes, and an industry that’s changing fast.

The team has a strong, cohesive spirit. “The guys put in real effort. We’ve built a tight, experienced crew where everyone has something valuable to contribute.” That’s no accident. It’s the result of a culture the company deliberately cultivates.

Single-shift work is another benefit Artur genuinely values. In an industry where overtime and irregular schedules are the norm, that kind of stability is worth more than it might seem.

A decision without regret

Four years after joining InstalSolutions, Artur looks back without a shadow of doubt. “I have absolutely no regrets — it was the right move. Keep going, keep pushing forward.” To anyone considering a similar step, his message is straightforward: “It’s always worth giving it a shot. Maybe this is exactly the place for you.” And the personal motto that best captures his approach to work? “There is no such thing as impossible.”
