Your possition as Quality Control Engineer
The Quality Control Engineer ensures that products meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements before release. This role focuses on inspection, testing, measurement, and monitoring of production processes to verify product conformity.
The Quality Control Engineer works closely with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify defects, ensure process stability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities
Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products using established methods and tools;
Develop, implement, and refine QC procedures to ensure consistent and accurate evaluation of product quality;
Analyze quality data and test results, identifying trends and deviations from specifications;
Document nonconformities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality issues;
Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance;
Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001 or sector-specific standards;
Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities, ensuring that processes are followed and properly documented;
Participate in root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities;
Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to production and engineering teams.
