As our organization continues to grow and Instalsolutions becomes an increasingly important part of the group, we are looking for a Product Master Data Specialist to strengthen our data management and product data structure across the organization.

This role will be based at Instalsolutions in Września, Poland, supporting the development and standardization of product data across the HoSt Group.

About the role

As a Product Master Data Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping how product data is structured and managed across the HoSt Group. You will ensure that product information in our ERP systems remains accurate, consistent and reliable, supporting critical business processes across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with teams across engineering, supply chain, procurement and production, helping them rely on high-quality product data in their daily operations. You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager based in the Netherlands.

In the first phase, you will play an important role in improving and structuring our product master data and supporting the connection between our 4PS environment and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Your responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end item master data lifecycle: creation, change control and enrichment across BU’s;

• Define and maintain attributes, and templates for product data to ensure metadata completeness and compliance;

• Operate directly in ERP (4PS / Microsoft Business Central) to secure data quality at the source, resolve discrepancies and prevent duplicates;

• Drive data governance, standards, documentation, approvals, and auditability;

• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering (PDM), Operations, and Finance;

• Build and monitor data quality on completeness, accuracy, duplicates, lead times;

• Support catalog management and price list alignment with Strategic Procurement;

• Act as first point of contact for master‑data questions; provide training and guidance to key users;

• Contribute to ongoing process and system integration improvements between 4PS and Business Central.

Our requirements

• Higher professional education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or Data Management;

• 3 years’ experience in Master Data, Product Data, ERP data management;

• Experience in manufacturing and project organizations environment;

• Hands on experience with ERP item master data, 4PS and/or Microsoft Business Central experience is a strong plus;

• Solid understanding of BOMs, variants, attributes, classifications, and change control;

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with Excel and Power BI for checks and KPI reporting;

• A decisive, proactive colleague who learns fast and connects the dots across processes, systems, and stakeholders;

• Languages: Polish and English, professional working proficiency;

• Team player who collaborates across Supply Chain, Engineering, and production able to work in a matrix setting.
