The role
As a Product Manager Carbon Capture at Bright Renewables, you are part of a multidisciplinary business unit of over 80 professionals. From our office in Enschede, you work in a compact team of four Product Managers and report to the Manager Product Management. In this role, you are the driving force behind the further development and standardization of our sustainable technologies.
You develop product development plans, monitor associated budgets, and act as the primary contact for product standards towards Engineering, Sales, Site Support, and our suppliers. You work closely with colleagues from Project Management, Engineering, Software, and Sales.
What will you do?
In this role, you are responsible for the further development and standardization of our Carbon Capture technology. You combine technical depth with strategic insight and act as the connecting link between different disciplines.
You will be involved in:
Developing the annual plan for product development and monitoring the associated budget;
Developing and maintaining internal product standards;
Requesting and scheduling engineering capacity for the execution of the annual plan;
Monitoring progress of development and maintenance work;
Informing sales about products to be sold and cost price;
Aligning technical details with suppliers;
Actively monitoring international market developments;
Staying informed about relevant international laws and regulations.
Job requirements
What do we ask for?
A completed technical education at master's level (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar);
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a technical product development environment, or a combination of engineering and project management experience;
Proficient in both Dutch and English;
A proactive and committed work attitude;
Result-oriented and the drive to succeed together with the team.
