At Bright Services, you’ll quite literally help build the energy of the future. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will develop and optimize energy installations that have a direct impact on the global energy transition.


Your role as Mechanical Engineer

You design, improve, and optimize components and installations that enable sustainable energy production. You translate ideas and concepts into reliable, efficient, and easy-to-maintain solutions, and support work preparation to ensure smooth project execution.

You won’t just be working on new designs; you’ll also continuously improve existing systems. By collaborating closely with our service and maintenance teams, you’ll translate field experience and user feedback into tangible improvements that enhance the reliability, availability, and lifespan of our installations.

What will you do?

  • Design and model parts and assemblies in SolidWorks;

  • Prepare detailed and production drawings for manufacturing and assembly;

  • Create and maintain lists of equipment;

  • Support design optimizations, calculations, and material selections;

  • Prepare technical documentation for production and project teams;

  • Provide technical support to service and maintenance teams and customers;

  • Collaborate with international colleagues on challenging projects and innovative solutions.

Vereisten

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering;

  • Experience with or strong interest in 3D design (SolidWorks and Autocad);

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken;

  • Solution-oriented and strong communication skills;

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
