1 Understanding drying agents.

Suitable for BSc and MSc in Finance / Business Economics or similar

Make an impact in greentech at the intersection of finance, IT and sustainability.

Within Business Control, KPIs are used to steer performance, not just monitor it. This internship is directly linked to our Finance roadmap, where we are strengthening performance steering, data quality and decision-relevant reporting to support scalable growth. You will work on improving how KPIs and PowerBI dashboards are used in practice, ensuring that management meetings and discussions focus on the right drivers, materiality and actions.

Your tasks:

  • Map how KPIs and dashboards are currently used in management and project meetings, and identify gaps in focus, consistency and materiality;

  • Improve KPI definitions and structure, with a clear link to steering on margin, cash and operational performance;

  • Help design and implement dashboards that support effective management discussions (clear focus, right level of detail, action-oriented);

  • Eliminate, transform or simplify reporting that do not contribute to this focus;

  • Investigate and propose ways to automate analysis and shift reporting from data presentation to insight and conclusions.

2 Business Control – forecasting, scenarios & steering.

Suitable for BSc / MSc in Finance / Business Economics or similar;

Within Business Control, forecasting is not a reporting exercise, it is a key steering instrument. You will work on improving the reliability and usability of forecasts, enabling management to anticipate outcomes, understand drivers, and take timely decisions on margin, cash and risk. This internship is directly linked to the Finance roadmap, where we are strengthening forecasting, performance steering and data-driven decision-making to support scalable growth

Your tasks:

  • Build a clear view of the current forecasting process, assumptions and data flows across projects and business units;

  • Analyze deviations between forecast, budget and actuals, and identify structural drivers of variance (margin, timing, risk, cash);

  • Translate findings into concrete improvements in forecasting logic, driver-based modelling and scenario analysis;

  • Improve usability of forecasts for decision-making (incl. dashboards, early warning indicators and potential AI applications);

  • Support the annual budgeting cycle, including preparation, consolidation and analysis of inputs, and identification of key assumptions and sensitivities.

3 Reporting & Accounting – process automation & efficiency (AI-driven).

Within Reporting & Accounting, efficient processes are key to achieving a fast and scalable financial close. This internship is directly linked to our Finance roadmap, where we are streamlining core accounting flows and accelerating automation to reduce manual work and increase throughput. You will focus on improving and automating end-to-end accounting processes across AP, AR and GL, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and standardization.

Your tasks:

  • Improve and embed more efficient accounting processes (e.g. purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, record-to-report), addressing inefficiencies and bottlenecks;

  • Identify and implement automation and AI use cases to reduce manual processing (e.g. invoice recognition, matching, posting flows);

  • Support optimization and rollout of invoice processing and ERP-integrated workflows;

  • Increase process efficiency by standardizing ways of working and reducing rework and handovers.

4 Reporting & Accounting – data quality & control (AI-enabled)

Make an impact in greentech at the intersection of finance, IT and sustainability. Within Reporting & Accounting, high-quality data is the foundation for reliable reporting and a controlled financial close. This internship is directly linked to our Finance roadmap, where we are strengthening data integrity, consistency and auditability across the finance function.You will focus on improving the quality and reliability of financial data across AP, AR and GL, ensuring that outputs are accurate, complete and decision-ready.

Your tasks:

  • Improve data quality and consistency in ERP systems, ensuring accurate, complete and auditable financial records;

  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors and control gaps across AP, AR and GL;

  • Develop and implement AI-supported controls (e.g. anomaly detection, validation checks, error flagging);

  • Strengthen the control chain from transaction to reporting, improving traceability and reliability of financial information.
