Are you an experienced Sales employee and looking for a new challenge where Sales, Technology and Sustainable Energy come together? The function

The demand for Bio-Energy is growing, which is why we are experiencing rapid development.

More than half of all Bio energy systems in the Netherlands are built by HoSt.

With more than 300 employees in Enschede and more than 500 international employees, HoSt has been developing, designing, installing, and maintaining innovative energy installations for the production of renewable energy from biomass and waste since 1991. The successful regional collaboration with Royal Grolsch to become more sustainable is part of many collaborations that HoSt has entered into with local and international construction and industrial partners.

What are you going to do

For rapid growth within several geographies, we are looking for an Area Sales Manager.

As an Area Sales Manager you are part of the Sales department of the HoSt Group. Together with 5 Area Sales Managers you are responsible for the sales of new biogas plants. These installations produce, among other things, green gas, bioCO2 or bioLNG from manure or organic residual flows. Your mainfocus will be on 2 countries. You work closely with 7 sales colleagues, and you have contact with colleagues from the Business Development, Engineering and Purchasing departments. You are in contact with customers based on your enthusiastic sales skills. You follow up quotations, ensure that the binding quotation is processed, and you make an active contribution in the negotiation phase.

Your Responsibilities

  • Sales of new bioenergy installations; 

  • Maintaining customer contacts and customer visits;

  • Ensuring optimal customer advice;

  • Following up on quotations;

  • Going through negotiation phases;

  • Prepare strategic annual sales plans.

Vereisten

Job requirements

  • HBO working and thinking level;

  • Affinity with (biogas) technology and sustainability;

  • You have strong communication skills;

  • You have a proactive and pragmatic attitude;

  • You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented and ambitious;

  • You have a perfect command of the English language, spoken and written;

  • You like regular travelling (circa 8 trips per year of 2-3 days).
